Incredibly rude staff!

had standard double room with aircon and fridge and wake-up service was available in it. the hotel's location was exceptionally nice, close to numerous cheap eateries and minimart, the nice gardens and a fantastic restaurant called ‘ omang omang'. all the staff was amicable and helpful, tackled my issues.

The breakfast is served at 7:45 am, which is nice and convenient. the location is great, situated close to the house compound, so you don't need to spend extra on cabs to go anywhere. 🌴.

Overall had very pleasant stay for 3 nights. The standard king room we stayed in were immaculate with breakfast. Nice location to attractions like Discovery Shopping Mall, that was so close to the hotel. And the area was very relaxing, short walk to the main tourist area and Waterbom park for the day.

Absolutely great accommodation with a beautiful setting. Really close to the nice gardens, the main downtown Kuta which has plenty of malls, restaurants, and bars, and airport and city center.

Possibly the best and fine stay for 3 nights. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. - Nice building and rooms with an extra-large double bed. - Easy location; very welcoming and exceptional staff. - Very easy to get from Ngurah Rai International airport, just 0.5 miles.
